Log into SmartFile directly from your website

If you would like to have your customers log in to your SmartFile account directly from your website you can do that. Use the following snipit of code to add a login box anywhere on your site.

<form action="https://app.smartfile.com/ftp/login/" method="post">
<input type="text" name="login"/><br/>
<input type="password" name="password"/><br/>
<input type="submit" value="Login"/>
</form>

That example uses our domain to make the connection. If you have your site custom branded you can replace the action with your sub domain that is associated with your account.

https://files.yourdomain.com/ftp/login/

If your site does not use an SSL remove the "s" and use http://

Finally, If you want to have your users log directly into their files and skip the home page use the following action.

https://app.smartfile.com/ftp/login/?next=/ftp/private/browser/browse/

This is an easy way to allow your customers to log in directly from your site and not have to worry about giving them a separate sub-domain to have them connect.

    I have used the code on my website, the input boxes appear, but after entering a valid username and password, clicking login does nothing?
