Connect to FTP, FTPS, FTPES, SFTP in FileZilla

1. When logged in thru FileZilla, select the site Manager icon in the far upper left hand of the toolbar.

2. Click ‘New Site’


FTP

Host: app.smartfile.com (or your custom subdomain)
Port: [Null. Filezilla will automatically fill in based on Protocol/Encryption.]
Protocol: FTP - File Transfer Protocol
Encryption: Use Plain FTP
User: [username]
Password: [password]
Account: [null]
Comments: [null]
Click ‘Connect’.

FTPS

Host: app.smartfile.com (or your custom subdomain)
Port: [Null. Filezilla will automatically fill in based on Protocol/Encryption.]
Protocol: FTP - File Transfer Protocol
Encryption: Require implicit FTP over TLS (FTPS)
User: [username]
Password: [password]
Account: [null]
Comments: [null]
Click ‘Connect’. After clicking Connect, simply accept the corresponding key/certificate.

FTPES

Host: app.smartfile.com (or your custom subdomain)
Port: [Null. Filezilla will automatically fill in based on Protocol/Encryption.]

Encryption: Require explicit FTP over TLS (FTPES)
